Forged 52100 by Brook Turner from Sydney, Australia. Full time radiographer, and part time knife maker. Brook has worked with a variety of steels and materials to create many different blade profiles in different constructions. The quality of his work would suggest that he has been forging and grinding knives full time for many years. An accomplished bladesmith and woodworker with a great eye for aesthetics.
A thin and stiff Gyuto that has been forged fairly thin for a gentle distal taper and a thin tip area. Bevels ground at an acute angle with a slight convexity. Clean satin finished bevels give contrast to Brook's lovely forged finish. A Gyuto designed to be a daily workhorse.
