Shipping policy

All orders are processed and ready to be collected by our shipping carrier as soon as possible, in most cases within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) of you receiving your Order Confirmation notification. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders can be shipped on any business day (5 days a week). Please note that depending on the time your order is placed, it may not be possible for shipping to occur on the same day. We make every effort to ensure your order is processed, safely packaged and shipped as quickly as possible.

Orders above $200 (AUD) qualify for free standard shipping to Australian addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Migoto Cutlery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

*Estimated delivery times are provided by our carrier. We do our best to ensure all orders are processed, packaged safely and shipped as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for the schedule of delivery once the shipment is no longer in our possession.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@migotocutlery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
