410 Stainless cladding and 26c3 Sanmai by Brook Turner from Sydney, Australia. Full time radiographer, and part time knife maker. Brook has worked with a variety of steels and materials to create many different blade profiles in different constructions. The quality of his work would suggest that he has been forging and grinding knives full time for many years. An accomplished bladesmith and woodworker with a great eye for aesthetics.
A relatively tall midweight gyuto forged with a slight distal taper, and ground with gently convex bevels and a very thin edge. It has a user friendly profile to suit any cutting motion, in a great size to perform in all kitchens.
26c3 is a very fine grained steel with excellent all round performance.
